2. Service Description
Compare Ride Fares is a fare comparison platform that allows users to compare prices from different ride-hailing service providers. We provide pricing information to assist users in making decisions, but we are not a transportation service provider and do not directly participate in booking or transportation. We do not guarantee the availability of any service displayed on our platform. Prices and availability may change at any time and may differ from the displayed price at the time of actual booking.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the service, you agree to: (a) Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account (b) Maintain and update your account information to ensure accuracy (c) Secure your password and login credentials (d) Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account (e) Use the service legally and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (f) Not use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes (g) Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data (h) Not use robots, spiders, or other automated tools to access the service (i) Not copy, distribute, or reuse any content from the service without written permission
4. User Accounts

5. Connecting Provider Accounts
You may choose to connect your account with ride-hailing service providers to view personalized promotional prices. When connecting an account: - You provide your login credentials to us to access the provider's API - We store your login credentials securely and encrypted - We use this information only to retrieve prices and do not share with third parties - You can disconnect your account at any time - You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide your login credentials
6. System Responsibilities
The prices displayed on our platform are estimated prices based on research and base prices from providers. These prices are for reference only and are not final prices. Important notes: - Prices may vary depending on the time, traffic conditions, and other factors - Final price may differ from the displayed estimated price at the time of booking - Displayed prices are only estimates based on available information at the time of search - We do not guarantee the availability of any service - We are not responsible for discrepancies between displayed estimated prices and actual prices - Users should confirm the final price on the provider's app before booking - We are not responsible for service quality, safety, or behavior of transportation service providers - We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code, is the property of us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to: - Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the service - Use our trademarks, logos, or trade names without written permission - Use robots, spiders, or automated tools to collect data from the service
8. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our partners, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: - Your use or misuse of the service - Violation of these Terms - Violation of any third-party rights - Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the service
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination: - Your right to use the service will immediately cease - We may delete your account and data - All Terms remain in effect after termination
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
